Intensity and melody blend perfectly in “Roentgen” by Sonic Radiation

Todd Last is the creator behind the mind-blowing compositions of Sonic Radiation, a one-man journey into the sonic land of techno and trance, pursuing new and revolutionary soundscapes.

Todd’s fascination with electronic music began when he first heard it in college, he was so mesmerised by the unique and compelling sounds, that he just had to make his own!

However, an unfortunate accident in the oceans of Hawaii left him with a severe spinal cord injury, and Todd had to undergo much therapy to recover the ability to function in everyday life.

His dream to produce electronic music motivated his recovery, and regaining the ability to compose music was an imperative step early on in his therapy programme.

Todd experimented for two years to develop high-energy dance music, which expertly blends trance and techno beats, and he aspires to reflect his belief and reverence for electronic dance music through his compositions.

His most recent release, “Roentgen”, is a high-energy, intense track, emitting electromagnetic waves of sonic energy into the mind and body, lifting listeners vibrations to a higher frequency.

This song instantly immerses listeners into EDM ecstasy with intense bass beats which propel the track forward, bewitching our bodies to move uncontrollably, raising listeners to a state of euphoria.

Dreamy futuristic sounds produce beautiful melodies, which weave around one another, creating an ecstatic soundscape.

This song is hard-hitting, full of intensity and passion, it will fit perfectly on any dance, party or workout playlist.

Todd’s vision towards the future of electronic music is clearly expressed through his impressive compositions, which not only delight the body, but also inspire the mind, lifting listeners to an alternate state.

His inspiration and influences arise from a number of sci-fi movies such as Star Wars, and noteworthy bands such as Depeche Mode and Astral Projection. Todd told us; “I think my style kind of happens by making a sound that takes the best of what I like, enjoy, and hear as a fan”.
